Yesterday the Holleboom crew met at a Calvin basketball game to celebrate Grandpa Holleboom's birthday. Rebecca and Carson were both entranced by the game and the people. They did so well sitting through the whole thing. They were so good that Grandma Holleboom bought them each a Calvin soccer ball :) At halftime Grandpa got to have a little shopping spree at the Spirit Shop as his birthday gift. It was a fun game...especially since Calvin won :) 
After the game we all came back to our house for a taco/nacho/salad bar and cake and ice cream. Great Grandpa and Grandma Van came by a little later for dessert. Rebecca and Carson had fun playing together again. Rebecca is fascinated with Carson...he seems to want to run from her ;) He wasn't so sure about sharing Grandma with his cousin either. 
We all had a fun time and hope that Grandpa enjoyed his birthday celebration! We're looking forward to celebrating Carson's first birthday next Saturday.
